Exceptional Values On Vacant Lots

I’m starting to see  pricing on vacant property close to the beach with deeded beach access in ranges I never expected to  see again.   Just this morning, there is a new listing in the Seacrest area for $50,000.  Yes, that’s right ….$50,000.   It will go to contract quickly at this price.
